2MPROVE Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

2MPROVE is an all-in-one business management platform operated by 2MindsProductions LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared and protected when individuals and businesses use our website and services.

2. What Is and Is Not Currently Available

2MPROVE is under active development. Currently working features include account sign-in, business workspaces with team roles and permissions, contact records, scheduling and online booking, estimates and invoice records, and email notifications.

The following are not currently available or connected: a Google Calendar connection, file and media uploads, live online card payments, text message (SMS) reminders, self-service subscription cancellation and a complete self-service export of all workspace data. Where this policy describes how such features would handle information, it says so.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the features used, information may include:

• Account registration details, names, business names, email addresses and contact information.
• Business profiles, team memberships, permissions and preferences.
• Customer and contact records entered by authorized business users.
• Scheduling information, appointments and calendar settings.
• Estimates, invoices, payment-related records and transaction statuses.
• Communications and other content submitted through enabled platform features.
• Technical information needed for authentication, security, diagnostics and service operations.

Not all listed features are currently available or connected. For example, file uploads, live online payments, text messaging and calendar connections are not currently available.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and administer the platform, authenticate users, manage business workspaces, support authorized features, communicate service information, maintain security, troubleshoot issues and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

5. Business Customer Data

Businesses using 2MPROVE may enter information about their own customers, employees and operations. Business account owners are responsible for having appropriate authority to collect and use that information.

2MPROVE processes business customer data to provide the services authorized by the relevant business, subject to applicable agreements and law. Each business workspace is kept separate from other businesses.

6. Payments and Billing Information

Estimates, invoices, payment records, billing statuses, subscription plans and amounts are stored so businesses and 2MindsProductions can track what is owed and paid. Payment records may be entered manually or recorded from a payment provider.

2MPROVE does not intentionally store full payment card numbers. Live online card payments are not currently enabled. If they are enabled, card payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider under that provider's own terms and privacy practices, and we will update this policy.

7. Uploaded Files and Media

File and media uploads are not currently available. If they are enabled, uploaded files will be stored in file storage associated with the business workspace and made available only to users that business authorizes. Businesses are responsible for the files they upload and for having the right to upload them.

8. Email Communications and Notifications

2MPROVE sends service emails such as invitations, booking confirmations and reminders, invoices and statements, and account notices, using a third-party email delivery provider. Businesses may also send emails to their own contacts through the platform; those messages are sent on behalf of the business, which is responsible for their content and for having permission to send them.

Promotional emails include an unsubscribe link, and the platform honors those opt-outs. We keep a log of messages sent and their delivery status. Text message reminders are not currently available.

9. Google Calendar and Other Optional Integrations

Integrations are optional. A Google Calendar connection is planned but is not currently available in 2MPROVE. This section describes how Google information would be handled if and when the connection is offered.

If a user chooses to connect Google Calendar, 2MPROVE will request authorization through Google's OAuth process and ask only for the permissions needed. Depending on the permissions granted and the features enabled, 2MPROVE may access calendar information needed to display availability, create appointments, update events and synchronize scheduling information.

Google user data will be used only to provide or improve the calendar features the user requested. We will not sell it, use it for advertising or unrelated profiling, or use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We will not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or sale with notice, and we will not allow people to read it except with the user's consent, for security or abuse investigation, or as required by law.

Users will be able to disconnect their Google account in 2MPROVE, and can also revoke access at any time in their Google Account settings.

2MPROVE's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Service Providers

2MPROVE may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, communications, integrations and infrastructure. Information is shared with providers only as reasonably necessary for the applicable service and subject to appropriate arrangements and legal obligations.

11. Security

We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, including account authentication and workspace-based access controls that limit each user to the businesses and areas they are authorized to use.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Data Retention, Suspension and Deletion Requests

Information is retained as needed to operate the service, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with law, resolve disputes and maintain security. We do not currently apply a fixed retention period.

Canceling a subscription or suspending a workspace does not automatically delete customer data. Data is preserved while a workspace is suspended or canceled so that it can be reactivated or exported, until a deletion is requested and completed.

To request access, correction, export or deletion of information, email info@2mindsproductions.com from the account email address. We may need to verify your identity and may keep information we are required or permitted by law to keep. Requests are handled manually; there is currently no self-service account deletion. An authorized workspace user can export the workspace's contact list from settings, but a complete self-service export of all workspace data is not available.

13. Cookies and Technical Data

The platform uses cookies or similar technologies necessary for authentication, preferences, security and site functionality, such as keeping you signed in and remembering display preferences.

We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking technologies. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

14. Children's Information and Sensitive Data

2MPROVE is intended for business use and is not directed to children acting independently.

Businesses handling children's records, health information or other sensitive data are responsible for complying with applicable requirements. 2MPROVE is not represented as HIPAA-compliant or suitable for regulated medical records.

15. Privacy Rights

Individuals may have rights concerning their personal information depending on applicable law and their relationship with the platform.

Requests may be directed to info@2mindsproductions.com. Where information is controlled by a business customer, requests may need to be handled by that business.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations change. The published page identifies its effective date.
